Not able to attend a meet?

Need to leave a meet early or come late?

Please sign your swimmer(s) out for any upcoming meet / partial meet they will miss. Along with the Volunteer Sign up, an email to Declare your swimmer will go out about a week before the meet. If you will be at the meet, but coming late, please let the coaches know so they are put in later events.

Weather Information

Swim practice and swim meets will take place in the rain. We will follow regular HCRA (and other GRAL pools) protocol in regards to storms, thunder, lightning, etc.

If a meet or practice is delayed or canceled you will be notified as soon as a decision has been finalized.

Notifications will also be posted on our team Facebook page (Hungary Creek Marlins Swim Team) or via Text.

If more details are needed for rescheduled meets, you will receive an email several hours after the decision is finalized.
